However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this Website or on any linked site.

We hold the copyright to the content of this Website, including all uploaded files, layout design, data, graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, tutorials, videos. You must not use or replicate our copyright material other than as permitted by-law. You enter the Venue at your own risk.

You understand that attendance at Enchanted Ball and the Venue may carry with it certain dangers, including the risk of injury and damage to you or your property.

By attending the Enchanted Ball and the Venue, you accept the risk of damage and loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the Venue.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience arising as a result of your attendance or non-attendance at Enchanted Ball and the Venue. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

The Enchanted Ball is due to be held on Friday 21 November 2025 at the Venue.

In the event the Enchanted Ball is required to be re-scheduled for another date or to be held in at an alternative venue, or is cancelled you will be:

a) in the event of a re-scheduling of the Enchanted Ball or a requirement to be held at an alternative venue for the Enchanted Ball, given a minimum 30 days' notice of the change. Upon notification of the change, should you not be able to attend the new date or alternative venue of the Enchanted Ball you will be entitled to a full refund of your purchased ticket to the Enchanted Ball provided we have received notice of such request from you within 14 days of the date of notification of the change; and

b) In the event the Enchanted Ball is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of your purchased ticket.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in the State of Victoria.
